I am not a kid, but I speak for my kids, that this is a great ceral. I can not find it in the stores here which is frustrating. It is low fat, high fiber and not too sugary. Great as a cereal or as a dry snack.

Great Cereal

I’m not really a kid, but I figured I’d use this anyway.
This stuff is great. A good crunch, and slightly sweet (not sugary). It’s available on and off in the grocery store here. It’s also really fun to eat, since it’s basically a thick puff. I usually eat it dry as a snack.

One of my favorite Cereals

I’ve been a fan of Quaker Corn Bran since I was a kid back in the 1980′s. It’s not too sugary, and is great with milk or alone. The puffs have a nice sweet taste that makes you want to eat more. But that’s OK, cause Corn Bran is good for you and tastes good too.
The only problem is it’s so hard to get this one at the supermarket. Whenever I see it, I buy at least two or three boxes
Nice to find this here. Now if they could only get Vanilla Wafer Cookie Crisp back on the shelf…
